Women's Writing in Colombia
Women's Writing in Colombia: An Alternative History is a 2016 book by Cherilyn Elston, a scholar and translator at the University of Reading. Based on her doctoral research, it surveys writing by Colombian women from the 1970s onward. It was published by Palgrave Macmillan and has the ISBN 9783319432601. The book won the Latin American Studies Association’s Montserrat Ordóñez prize in 2018 and received positive reviews in journals such as the Bulletin of Spanish Studies, Tulsa Studies in Women's Literature, and Perifrasis.
