ITC Ratnadipa is a luxury hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is part of the Indian ITC Hotels chain and is owned by WelcomHotels Lanka Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of ITC Limited. The hotel is near Galle Face Green, beside Shangri-La Colombo and Taj Samudra, and it marked ITC’s first foreign investment in Sri Lanka. Ratnadipa means “island of gems.”

The building stands about 140 meters tall with 33 floors, housing 352 rooms and 12 restaurants. It is paired with the nearby Sapphire Residences, a 224-meter-tall tower. The two buildings are connected by Ahasa One, a sky bridge about 55 meters long that sits roughly 100 meters above the ground and links floors 19–21.

Groundbreaking took place on November 19, 2014. The opening was repeatedly delayed from the original 2017 target, with government extensions granted to start operations. The project received strategic development status and tax breaks from the government and involved a US$300 million investment.

ITC Ratnadipa was officially inaugurated on April 25, 2024, by President Ranil Wickremesinghe, with participation from the Prime Minister and the Indian High Commissioner. During development it was also known as ITC Colombo One.
