Volksgesetzbuch
Volksgesetzbuch was a planned civil code prepared by Nazi jurists at the Academy for German Law to replace Germany’s Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) with laws aligned to Nazi principles. The project was stopped in 1944 by Otto Georg Thierack, the Reich Minister of Justice and head of the Academy.
