Juillac, Gironde
Juillac is a small commune in southwestern France, located in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It covers about 15.9 square kilometers and lies between 2 and 108 meters above sea level, with an average around 103 meters. As of 2023, about 216 people live there, giving a population density of roughly 37 people per square kilometer. Juillac is part of the Libourne arrondissement and the Les Coteaux de Dordogne canton, and it belongs to the Castillon Pujols intercommunal community. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Bernard Lamouroux. In Occitan, the town is known as Julhac.
