Visions of Modern Life is the fourth full-length album by Interface. It was released by Nilaihah Records in early 2009: the CD came out on February 24, 2009, with digital downloads available on March 10, 2009. The album runs about 52 minutes and 51 seconds and features a mix of futurepop and electro-industrial sounds. Eric Eldredge produced the album.

About the release
- The CD is an enhanced disc. When placed in a computer, it reveals the full album plus two bonus MP3 tracks and a photo gallery.
- Guest musician Dawn Mitchell contributed lead vocals on the track “Voices (Echo).”
- The album’s artwork centers on a sculpture by a New York–based artist.
- The first 200 copies included a download card that let buyers download special versions of the Transit EP for free.
- In February 2010, the album spawned another EP titled Body Flow.
