Kary Mariscal Guzmán (born 9 March 1976) is a Bolivian schoolteacher and politician from Santa Cruz. A member of the Revolutionary Nationalist Movement (MNR), she began in politics in 2010 as a substitute member of the San Ignacio de Velasco municipal council.

In 2014 she was elected to the Bolivian Chamber of Deputies for circumscription 54, which covers the Chiquitania region (Busch, Chiquitos, Sandoval and Velasco). She took office on 18 January 2015 and served until 3 November 2020. She was part of the opposition Democratic Unity caucus, and she chose not to join the MNR’s new independent caucus in the chamber, which left her without committee assignments.

During her term she promoted tourism, funding for new hospitals in Chiquitania, and proposed ideas like a Ministry of Family. In 2018 the government approved a steel mill to process iron ore from Cerro Mutún, a project she celebrated as benefiting her region.

She ran for reelection in 2019 but lost to María René Álvarez of Civic Community. The 2019 results were later annulled, and she did not participate in the rerun in 2020. After leaving the chamber, she returned to San Ignacio de Velasco and ran for mayor in 2021, but finished in last place.
