Uri Assembly constituency
Uri Assembly constituency, No. 9, is a constituency of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly in India. It lies in Baramulla district and is part of the Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency. The seat was established in 1962. The current MLA is Sajjad Shafi of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, elected in 2024. Uri is one of the 90 assembly constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir. The area sits at about 34.09°N, 74.03°E.
