Missael Rodríguez
Missael Rodríguez Padilla (born February 9, 2003) is an American soccer forward who plays for The Town FC in MLS Next Pro, wearing number 80. From Chicago, he is 5 ft 9 in tall and joined the Chicago Fire academy in 2017. He signed with Chicago Fire as a Homegrown Player in 2021 and made a few first‑team appearances, including his MLS debut against CF Montréal and a U.S. Open Cup appearance vs Chicago House AC. He also spent time with Chicago Fire II on loan and was loaned to Union Omaha in 2024. In 2025 he joined The Town FC, where he has been scoring goals.
Career highlights include 40 appearances and 7 goals for Chicago Fire II (2021–2023), 19 appearances and 3 goals on loan at Union Omaha (2024), and 21 appearances with 7 goals for The Town FC (2025–). He made his Chicago Fire first‑team debut in MLS and appeared in Open Cup play, while also contributing in MLS Next Pro with Fire II, including a productive 2023 season.
