Tolemaida Air Base

Tolemaida Army Air Field (ICAO: SKTI) is a Colombian Army air base in Nilo, a town in Cundinamarca, Colombia. It sits about 493 meters (1,617 feet) above sea level and is part of the Tolemaida Military Fort. The base is officially named Teniente General Gustavo Rojas Pinilla Army Air Field and houses the Colombian National Training Center.

Facilities
- Runway 04R/22L: asphalt, about 2,829 meters (9,280 feet) long and 29 meters (96 feet) wide
- Runway 04L/22R: concrete, about 436 meters (1,431 feet) long and 20 meters (65 feet) wide

Location notes
- Tolemaida is near the town of Melgar and across the Sumapaz River, leading some to think it is in Melgar.
- There is another Air Force Base in Melgar (Lt. Col. Luis F. Pinto Parra Air Base) used by the Air Force for combat and helicopter training.

History and activities
- A 2015 joint report documented alleged sexual abuse of underage girls by U.S. military personnel around Tolemaida and Melgar, with cases reportedly protected by immunity agreements.
- In January 2020, U.S. and Colombian troops conducted a joint airborne exercise at the site, including about 75 paratroopers from the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and 40 personnel from Army South, working with Colombian forces.
