William Roger Graham (born September 27, 1959) is a former American football safety who played six seasons with the Detroit Lions in the NFL. He is from Silsbee, Texas, and played college football at the University of Texas. He was 5'11" and 191 pounds.

At Texas (1979–1981), Graham had 11 career interceptions. He had 4 interceptions in 11 games in 1980 and 7 more in 11 games in 1981, tying the school single-season record, leading the Southwest Conference, and ranking high nationally. His 11 career interceptions were fourth in Texas history.

Graham was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the fifth round of the 1982 NFL draft (127th overall). He started several seasons and contributed on defense and special teams. In 1983 he started 14 games and recovered three fumbles as a free safety. In 1984 he started 13 of 14 games, recorded his first NFL interception in a Thanksgiving win over Green Bay, and had two interceptions in the season finale against Chicago. In 1985 he started all 16 games, had three interceptions (including two against Minnesota) and his only career sack. In 1987 he played all 16 games but was not a regular starter, and he also returned kickoffs. He appeared in two games in 1988 before being released. He finished with 6 interceptions, 1 sack, and 6 fumble recoveries. He is one of 16 Lions players with two or more games with multiple interceptions.
