2014 CAF Confederation Cup knockout stage
The knockout stage of the 2014 CAF Confederation Cup ran from 20 September to 6 December 2014. Four teams took part: the winners and runners-up from the two group stage groups. All ties were two-legged, home and away. If teams were tied on aggregate after the second leg, the away goals rule decided the winner; if still level, penalties decided the tie (no extra time).
In the semi-finals, the Group A winner played the Group B runner-up, and the Group B winner played the Group A runner-up, with the group winners hosting the second leg. Séwé Sport won 1–0 on aggregate to reach the final. Al-Ahly won 3–1 on aggregate to reach the final.
The final order of the legs was determined by a draw after the group stage. The final finished 2–2 on aggregate, and Al-Ahly won on away goals.
