Thomas Gaunt House
Thomas Gaunt House, also known as The President's Home, is a historic brick house in Maryville, Missouri. Built around 1865, it is a two-story, modified L-shaped building in the late Greek Revival style. It has a shallow pitched hipped roof with a broad cornice and Neoclassical porches supported by grouped Tuscan columns. The house sits on about 1.5 acres at 703 College Avenue and was designed by architect Joseph Castillo. Northwest Missouri State University owns the home, and it is used as the university president's residence. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 19, 1979 (reference number 79001385).
