Zsófia Katalin Illésházy de Illésháza (1547–1599) was a Hungarian noblewoman from the Illésházy family. She was the youngest of six children of Tamás Illésházy, who served as vice-ispán (vice-comes) of Pozsony County, and his wife Zsófia Földes. Her brother István Illésházy later became Palatine of Hungary (1608–1609). In 1566 she married Ferenc Esterházy de Galántha, the first Esterházy to use the Galántha title after inheriting Galánta (now Galanta, Slovakia). They had 13 children, including Gábor, Miklós, Dániel and Pál. Zsófia died in Galántha, Kingdom of Hungary, in 1599.
