Constance Mabel Jeans (23 August 1899 – 31 March 1984) was an English competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in the Olympic Games. Born in Nottingham, she swam freestyle for the Nottingham Ladies' Swimming Club.

Jeans competed in the 100 m, 300 m and 400 m freestyle, and the 4×100 m relay at the 1920 Antwerp and 1924 Paris Olympics. She won silver medals in the 4×100 m relay at both Games and finished fourth in the three individual events at each Olympics. She died in Falmouth, England, at age 84.
