Thermus antranikianii
Thermus antranikianii is a heat-loving bacterium in the Deinococcota group. It belongs to the genus Thermus, within the family Thermaceae, order Thermales, and class Deinococci. The species was first described in 2000 by Chung, Rainey, Valente, Nobre, and da Costa. It was found in hot, harsh environments in Iceland, alongside Thermus igniterrae.
