There's a Kind of Hush All Over the World is a studio album by Herman's Hermits. It was released in March 1967 in the United States and in May 1967 in the United Kingdom. The album was recorded in 1966 at De Lane Lea Studios in London (March 21, August 13, and December 7). It runs 28 minutes and 41 seconds and features beat/British rock. It was produced by Mickie Most and released by MGM Records in the US/Canada and by Columbia in the UK. In the US it was the band’s fifth MGM album; in the UK it was their third EMI/Columbia album. The album did not chart in the UK, but it reached number 13 on Billboard’s Top LPs chart in late April 1967. True stereo versions weren't issued until 2015, when Bear Family Records released a 2-CD “50th Anniversary Collection.”
