The Marriage of Heaven and Hell Part II is the seventh studio album by American power metal band Virgin Steele, and the second album in the The Marriage of Heaven and Hell trilogy. It was released on February 7, 1996, and recorded in 1995 at Media Recording in Babylon, New York. The music blends power metal and heavy metal and runs 66 minutes and 25 seconds. The album was produced by David DeFeis, Steve Young, and Axel Thubeauville, and released on T&T / Noise.

It was mainly written and composed by David DeFeis and Edward Pursino. Lyrics are by David DeFeis, with music credited to DeFeis and Pursino. The release is praised for its romantic, lyrical approach and is considered influential in the development of symphonic metal.
