Ramadhan Saifullah, full name Muhammad Ramadhan Saifullah bin Usman, is a Malaysian footballer who plays as a winger for Kuching City in the Malaysian Super League and for the Malaysia national team. He was born on 9 December 2000 in Johor Bahru. He came through the Johor Darul Ta'zim academy and made his senior debut with JDT in 2020. After a loan spell at Kuching City in 2024–2025, he joined Kuching City permanently in 2025. Internationally, he played for Malaysia U19 in 2018 and made his senior debut for Malaysia in October 2025.
