Tegostoma confluentalis is a small moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by George Hampson in 1913 and is found in Egypt and Iran. The wingspan is about 26 mm. The forewings are reddish brown with white at the base and a white edge along the leading edge. There is a white middle band and a yellowish-white line beyond the middle. The hindwings are white with a slight brown tinge. It has also been named Tegostoma ahwazalis by Amsel in 1949.
