Ted Smith (soccer)

Ted Smith, full name Edward Smith, (born 24 September 1935) is a former Australian soccer player and coach. He played as a winger. His club career included South Melbourne from 1961 to 1964, and Melbourne Hakoah from 1965 onward. Internationally, Smith represented Australia, earning two caps in 1956 and playing at the 1956 Olympic Games. He later coached South Melbourne.
