Ethan T. Berlin is an American writer, producer, comedian, actor, and cartoonist. He co-created the IFC game show Bunk and created the web comic Murray the Nut. He wrote The Hugely-Wugely Spider (2018) and the children's book I’m Not A Dog Toy (2021). He contributed to the Emmy-nominated Night of Too Many Stars in 2013. Berlin comes from Reston, Virginia, and went to South Lakes High School; he studied at the Burren College of Art in Ireland. His first major writing job was Crank Yankers in 2004, with later credits including Lopez Tonight, Da Ali G Show, Talkshow with Spike Feresten, and Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs. He has executive produced Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, The Filthy Rich Guide, and Paid Off. In 2006 he created the MTV parody All-Star American Destiny Trek. In 2012 he co-created, executive produced and starred in Bunk. Murray the Nut ran from 2008 to 2017. He voices L.I.S.A. the robot on the podcast The Big Fib and teaches comedy writing at NYU and SUNY Stony Brook.
