Tangeh-ye Torkaman (Persian: تنگه تركمن) is a village in Raz Rural District, Central District, Raz and Jargalan County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It is the capital of Raz Rural District, and the former capital of the rural district was Tangeh-ye Raz.

At the 2006 census, the village had 1,560 people in 331 households, when it was part of the Raz and Jargalan District of Bojnord County. The 2011 census counted 1,589 people in 370 households, and the 2016 census recorded 1,567 people in 386 households. By 2016, Raz and Jargalan County had been established, the rural district moved to the new Central District, and Tangeh-ye Torkaman was the most populous village in its rural district.
