White Hills Football Club, officially the White Hills Football & Netball Club, are known as the Demons. They are an Australian Rules football team from White Hills, Victoria, competing in the Heathcote District Football League. Their colors are black and red and they play at Tint-a-Car Oval.

Founded in 1924, the club has a long history. They first reached a Bendigo DFA grand final in 1924 but lost by 6 points; after the 1933 season they went into recess. They reformed after World War II in 1948 and won premierships in the Bendigo DFA through the 1950s and 1960s. In 1983 they finished last in the Bendigo Football League’s top division before moving to the Heathcote District Football League in 1984, where they have competed since.

White Hills has appeared in five HDFL grand finals and won two premierships, with the most recent in 2024. In 2024 they finished first after finals and also topped the home-and-away season. The leading goalkicker for 2024 was Kaiden Antonowicz and the best and fairest was Ben Taylor.

Rivals include North Bendigo, Huntly, Heathcote and Colbinabbin. The club’s official website is WHFNC.
