Tōkyō Zenryoku Shōjo is a Japanese romance drama TV series. It stars Emi Takei, Shohei Miura, Manami Higa, Takashi Tsukamoto, and Atsuro Watabe. It aired on NTV from October 10 to December 19, 2012, and has 11 episodes.
Plot:
The story follows 19-year-old Urara Saeki from Kagawa, who leaves home with a farewell letter to her mother, Sayuri. After learning that her father might still be alive, she decides to move to Tokyo to meet him and start a new life on her own. She takes out all her savings, 620,000 yen, and heads to Tokyo on a late-night bus.
When she arrives, she discovers the money envelope is missing. She suspects Tamakawa Daisuke, a man she met on the bus, but his motives aren’t clear. At Shimokitazawa’s flea market, Serizawa Hanako helps Urara meet a shady man who gives her 20,000 yen and tells her to “Buy pants.” This man is actually her father, Suzuki Takuya, whom she hasn’t seen in 15 years.
The series follows Urara as she navigates life in Tokyo, dealing with family reunions and new romantic possibilities.
