Sehested Fjord, or Uummannap Kangertiva in Greenlandic, is a fjord on the King Frederick VI Coast in southeastern Greenland. It lies in the Sermersooq municipality and is about 50 kilometers long and 4.5 kilometers wide. The fjord was named in 1829 by Lieutenant W. A. Graah after Danish Admiral Christen Thomesen Sehested.

The fjord opens to the North Atlantic on its eastern side. On the northern side near the mouth are Uiivaq and the entrance to Kattertooq Fjord, with Griffenfeld Island to the south. Annat Fjord sits on the northern shore about 17 kilometers from the mouth, with Tasiusaq Bay on its western side. Sikuijuitsoq is a small tributary fjord on the southern shore opposite Annat Fjord.

The head of Sehested Fjord hosts large, active glaciers, including Rimfaxe, Guldfaxe, and Ygdrasil, which meet near the northwest end. The Garm glacier flows from the west and splits near its end: one branch goes south into Ernineq Fjord of the Timmiarmiut fjord system, and the other goes east into Sikuijuitsoq.

The landscape features high mountains on both sides. Notable peaks include Peberbøssen (1,539 m) near the entrance on the King Dan Peninsula, a 2,004 m summit inland to the north, and a western summit of 1,832 m. The Skirnir Mountains are a group of nunataks inside the fjord, located between the Heimdal and Garm glaciers.
