Tõstamaa is a small borough in southwestern Estonia. It is part of Pärnu municipality in Pärnu County. As of January 1, 2020, about 466 people live there.

Nearby sights and history:
- St. Mary’s Lutheran Church was built between 1763 and 1768.
- Tõstamaa Manor (also called Testama) was first mentioned in 1553. It belonged to the Bishop of Ösel–Wiek. Later owners included the Kursell, Helmersen, and Staël von Holstein families. The main building is two stories high and was built in 1804 in Early Classical style. In 1997, renovation work uncovered some original painted ceilings.
- The manor was taken from its owners in 1919. Since 1921, the main building has housed a local school, Tõstamaa Keskkool.

Famous resident:
- The orientalist Alexander von Staël-Holstein grew up at the manor.
