Mark Jeremiah O'Mahony (born 14 January 2005 in Carrigaline, Ireland) is an Irish footballer who plays as a striker for Reading, on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion.

He began his career with Carrigaline United before moving to Cork City in 2019. He played 11 league games for Cork City in 2022–23, helping them win the League of Ireland First Division and earn promotion.

In January 2023, O'Mahony joined Brighton & Hove Albion’s academy for a reported fee of about £50,000, signing a three-year contract. He was named in Brighton’s matchday squad in November 2023 and made his senior Brighton debut in April 2024, later making his first Premier League start that month. He scored his first senior goal for Brighton in the EFL Cup against Crawley Town in August 2024.

O'Mahony spent the 2024–25 season on loan at Portsmouth, and in July 2025 moved on a season-long loan to Reading.

Internationally, he has represented Ireland at U16, U17, U19 and U21 levels. He was the FAI U17 Player of the Year in 2022 and scored a hat-trick for the U19s against Gibraltar in September 2022.
