The Women’s 100 metre freestyle S10 event at the 2004 Summer Paralympics was held on 21 September at the Olympic Aquatic Centre. Thirteen swimmers from nine nations competed. Anne Polinario of Canada won the gold with a time of 1:03.65, Katarzyna Pawlik of Poland took silver, and Sarah Bailey MBE of Great Britain won bronze.
