Stovall Mill Covered Bridge
Stovall Mill Covered Bridge is the smallest covered bridge in Georgia. Built in 1895, this wooden bridge is one-lane wide and 33 feet long. It spans Chickamauga Creek in White County near State Route 255. The White County Historical Society owns the bridge. It used to be part of the Cleveland–Clayton road, but the road was moved away in 1959. The bridge is also known as the Helen Bridge (for the town of Helen), Chickamauga Bridge, Nacoochee Bridge, and Sautee Bridge.
