Danish Union of Teachers (Danmarks Lærerforening, DLF) is a Danish trade union for teachers in public primary and lower secondary schools. It was founded in 1874 and is based in Copenhagen. As of 2025, it has about 81,000 members. The president is Gordon Ørskov Madsen. DLF has been part of the Danish Trade Union Confederation (FH) since 2019, and is also connected with the Danish Teacher Trade Unions (DLI), the Nordic Teachers’ Council (NLS), the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE), and Education International (EI).
