Spraycan Art is a 1987 book by Henry Chalfant and James Prigoff that documents the early spread of the New York City subway graffiti style and its subculture. Published by Thames & Hudson, the book focuses on wall pieces rather than subway cars and features work from artists such as Mode 2, The Chrome Angelz, 3D (Robert Del Naja), Goldie, Bando, Futura, Kaves, Tracy 168, Seen, Stash, Reas (Todd James), Espo (Stephen Powers), and many others.

A follow-up to Subway Art (1984), Spraycan Art includes over 200 photos from cities around the world, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Barcelona, London, and Vienna. It also contains interviews and shows how New York graffiti spread to other parts of the US and Europe. The book sold over 100,000 copies and was reportedly the most stolen book in London the year it was released.
