Sciolze is a small municipality in the Piedmont region of Italy, in the Metropolitan City of Turin. It lies about 15 kilometers east of Turin. The town covers 11.3 square kilometers and sits at 436 meters above sea level. As of 2013, about 1,466 people lived there, who are called Sciolzesi. The postal code is 10090 and the telephone area code is 011. Sciolze borders Gassino Torinese, Rivalba, Cinzano, Marentino, Moncucco Torinese, and Montaldo Torinese. The patron saint is St. Roch, celebrated on August 16.
