Vahdat, Gorno-Badakhshan
Vahdat is a village in southeastern Tajikistan, in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. It is the administrative center of Shughnon District. The village sits at about 37.58°N latitude and 71.52°E longitude. In Tajik, it is called Ваҳдат; in Russian, Вахдат. It was formerly known as Midenshor (Миденшор). The official languages are Tajik and Russian. In Persian, the name is میدنشار.
