Alejandra Purísima Ramos Sánchez (born December 8, 1958) is a retired Chilean middle-distance runner. She represented Chile at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. She won a medal in the 400 m at the 1978 South American Games in La Paz. Her personal best in the 1,500 metres is 4:13.07, set in 1990. In the same year, she set the Chilean national record in the 800 metres with a time of 2:00.20.
