Gwillimsville was a small settlement in northern El Paso County, Colorado. It was located at the head of Cherry Creek, about six miles east of Monument. The residents worked in dairy farming, ranching, and timber. The Gwillimsville post office operated from April 18, 1878, to September 25, 1890.
