Binche–Chimay–Binche, also known as the Memorial Frank Vandenbroucke, is a one-day professional road bicycle race in Wallonia, Belgium. It happens in early October and runs from Binche to Chimay. The race is part of the UCI Europe Tour with a 1.1 rating.

History
- First held in 1911 as Binche–Tournai–Binche.
- 37 editions have taken place by 2025.
- It was not held from 1931 to 1983, then ran again from 1997 to 2009.
- In 2010 it was run as Binche Tournai Binche/Memorial Frank Vandenbroucke to honor Frank Vandenbroucke, who died in 2009.
- In 2013 the route changed to Binche–Chimay–Binche.
- A women’s race has been held since 2021 and is also a 1.1 event.

- The record for most wins is two, held by Omer Taverne, Jelle Nijdam and Danny van Poppel.
