James Parreco House is a historic home in Greensboro, Greene County, Pennsylvania. Built around 1910 by James Parreco, this two-and-a-half-story sandstone house sits at the junction of Third and Clear Streets. It has two bays, Prairie Style design elements, a hipped roof with wide overhangs, and a one-story front porch supported by large brick pillars. The property covers less than an acre. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 9, 1995 (reference number 95000115) as part of the Greensboro–New Geneva Multiple Property Submission.
