Saint-Symphorien (Occitan: Sent Eferian) is a place in southern France. It used to be its own commune in the Lozère department, in the Occitania region. On 1 January 2019, it merged into the new commune Bel-Air-Val-d'Ance.
Location: It is in the arrondissement of Mende and the canton of Grandrieu, now part of Bel-Air-Val-d'Ance.
Size and people: The area covers about 133 square kilometers. In 2022, 245 people lived there, giving a low population density of about 7.4 per square kilometer.
