Tom Pratt (Thomas Jefferson Pratt) was an American baseball player and umpire, born January 26, 1844, in Chelsea, Massachusetts, and died September 28, 1908, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He played as a first baseman and spent the early days of professional baseball with teams like the Brooklyn Atlantics and Philadelphia Athletics in the 1860s.

Pratt appeared in a single Major League game for the Philadelphia Athletics on October 18, 1871, and went 2-for-6. He is one of three players known to have six at-bats in their only MLB game. He batted unknown and threw right-handed.

After his playing career, Pratt had a long career as an umpire.
