Rudi Heine
Rudolph Jacobs "Rudi" Heine (born 29 September 1934) is a retired South African politician. He represented the Democratic Party in the National Assembly from June 1999 to April 2004 for KwaZulu-Natal. In August 2000, he became the Democratic Alliance’s spokesman on labour, a role he held until March 2001, when he was named the alliance’s spokesman on public enterprises, succeeding Raenette Taljaard. He left Parliament after the 2004 general election.
