Tricky Dicky was a British comic strip in the magazine Cor!!. It started in 1970 and was drawn by Cyril Gwyn Price (1905–1970). The strip ran until 29 September 1973. After Price died, other artists continued the series. Like Roger the Dodger in The Beano, it features a boy called Dicky who tries to “trick” his way out of chores and trouble, always saying, "I can get out of anything." But his schemes usually backfire. Dicky was a blond boy with a big quiff. At first he looked like a teenage boy, but later he was drawn as younger. There is another British comic strip also called Tricky Dicky, with a different character who has black spiky hair.
