Roy Edward "Lefty" Wilson (September 13, 1896 – December 3, 1969) was an American professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball for the Chicago White Sox in 1928. Wilson batted and threw left-handed. He appeared in only one MLB game, on April 18, 1928, against the Cleveland Indians. In 3 1/3 innings of relief, he allowed three hits and two walks but did not give up a run, and he struck out two batters. He was born in Foster, Iowa, and died in Clarion, Iowa.
