Rodrigo Crespo (born 18 June 1979) is an Argentinian musician, producer, songwriter and performer based in Los Angeles. He started making music in Buenos Aires, working with the Music Brokers label. He produced the Bossa N' Stones album, which reimagined Rolling Stones songs in a Bossa Nova style and sold over 1 million copies in more than 35 countries. He later produced the Bossa N' Marley compilation. Crespo is the lead singer of the electro‑rock band Sonic Lights and is working on their debut album. In 2019 he was nominated for a Latin Grammy for Best Rock Song for Conectar from his debut solo album Careta. In 2010 he worked with Shakira, producing remixes of Sale El Sol and Loca from her album Sale El Sol; he had also remixed Timor from Oral Fixation, Vol. 2. In 2012 he produced and co-wrote Ana Free's album TOGETHER, recorded in Buenos Aires, London and Lisbon, and he was Musical Director for Ana Free's Singapore tour in May 2012 at The Hard Rock Hotel for live shows and MTV Asia. In 2009 he produced Altavoz for Daniela Herrero, who later won the Best Female Album at the Carlos Gardel Awards in 2004.
