In Heaven (album)
In Heaven is the first Korean studio album by South Korean boy band JYJ. It was released digitally on September 15, 2011 and physically on September 28, 2011, under C-JeS Entertainment. The album came in three cover editions—Red, Blue and Brown—with a Black Edition released a week later, and a Special Edition released on November 21, 2011 with two new remix tracks and a bonus DVD with music videos and behind-the-scenes footage.
The music video for the title track "In Heaven" features JYJ member Kim Junsu and actress Song Ji-hyo. The single was released after the death of Park Yong-ha, a close friend of Jaejoong. The agency reported strong sales: about 165,000 copies sold in three days, and over 450,000 in total.
On the charts, the album peaked at number one on Gaon’s Weekly Album Chart for the week of October 2, 2011, and was Gaon’s best-selling album for September (100,433 copies) and second for October (81,867). The title track "In Heaven" entered Billboard Korea K-Pop Hot 100 at number 10 for the week of September 22, 2011. The album was also available as imports in Taiwan.
Before this release, the singles included "Get Out" (September 8, 2011) and the title track "In Heaven" (September 15, 2011).
