Rodolfo Félix Valdés
Rodolfo Félix Valdés (May 22, 1922 – May 21, 2012) was a Mexican civil engineer and politician. He served as the 20th Governor of Sonora from September 13, 1985, to September 12, 1991. Earlier, he was the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (SCT) from 1982 to 1984 under President Miguel de la Madrid. Born in Nacozari de García, Sonora, he died in Mexico City at the age of 89.
