Robert "Robbie" Puca, born 8 May 1979 in Perth, Western Australia, is a former Australian soccer player who played as a midfielder. He came through Perth SC's youth system and began his senior career with Perth SC in 1996. In 1998 he moved to Gippsland Falcons in the National Soccer League, making 69 league appearances and scoring five goals; the club was renamed Eastern Pride for the 2000–01 season. He made his NSL debut on 30 October 1998 as an 86th‑minute substitute in a 2–1 win over the Newcastle Breakers and helped the Falcons win the 1998 Tynan-Eyre Cup Final, coming off the bench in a 3–0 win against Melbourne Knights. Puca returned to Perth SC in 2002, becoming a key midfielder and later captain. He helped the club win several WA State League titles, cups, and the Night Series, and won Perth SC Best and Fairest in 2005 and 2007. He represented Western Australia at state level. He retired at the end of the 2011 season due to injuries, later worked as an assistant coach at Perth SC, and in 2025 was named the club's MiniRoos Technical Director.
