Halliock Inn is a historic inn and tavern in the Village of the Branch, Suffolk County, New York. The building includes a two-and-a-half-story main section and a one-and-a-half-story wing that form an L shape and date to the 18th century. It sits on about 4.9 acres at 263 East Main Street. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 (NRHP reference number 74001310). Today, the former inn is used as medical offices.
