ALBURY CITY COUNCIL
- Nine councillors are elected from a single ward.
- Independent candidates won 7 of the 9 seats, with Greens and Labor each winning 1 seat.
- Independents were the largest group before and after the election.
BROKEN HILL CITY COUNCIL
- Ten councillors are elected, plus a directly elected mayor; turnout was about 83%.
- Results: For A Better Broken Hill won 5 seats; Team Broken Hill won 2 seats; Labor won 2 seats.
- Mayor: Tom Kennedy (For A Better Broken Hill) was elected mayor.
MURRAY RIVER COUNCIL
- Nine councillors in three wards (three councillors per ward).
- The 2021 election was uncontested, leaving two seats vacant.
- A by-election was planned for 2022 in Greater Murray and Greater Wakool, but only one candidate nominated in each ward, so Geoff Wise was elected for Greater Murray and Dennis Gleeson for Greater Wakool without a vote.
