Čande (Serbian Cyrillic: Чанде) is a small village in Brčko District, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is part of the Brčko municipality. The village covers about 0.46 square miles (1.19 square kilometers). In 2013, 321 people lived there, giving a density of about 699 per square mile (270 per square kilometer). Čande is located at about 44.783°N, 18.683°E. The time zone is Central European Time (UTC+1) and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) during daylight saving time.
