Emilian Caras (born 21 December 1967) is a Moldovan football coach and former defender. Born in Chișinău, he is 1.88 meters tall. He played mainly for Zimbru Chișinău and other Moldovan clubs, with a total of 366 league appearances and 24 goals in his club career. He earned six caps for Moldova between 1991 and 1995. After retiring as a player, he became a coach and has worked as an assistant at many clubs around the world. Since 2020, he has been an assistant manager at Dynamo Kyiv, working under Mircea Lucescu. He is the nephew of Ion Caras, a former Moldova national team coach.
